Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems (Excel/CRM/Software)

  • Make outbound calls to customers/leads for verification, follow-up, or information sharing

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve basic queries

  • Maintain and organize daily records and call reports

  • Verify customer details and ensure data accuracy

  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates and reporting

  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and data entry


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Internet)

  • Good communication skills (Hindi required, English basic)

  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Prior experience in data entry or calling preferred (Freshers can apply)
