Data Entry & Calling Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in company systems (Excel/CRM/Software)
Make outbound calls to customers/leads for verification, follow-up, or information sharing
Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve basic queries
Maintain and organize daily records and call reports
Verify customer details and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams for updates and reporting
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and data entry
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Internet)
Good communication skills (Hindi required, English basic)
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
Prior experience in data entry or calling preferred (Freshers can apply)
